as far as i know, the translators are indiana, t047554 and zeguigui(?).

the direct loading of an unicode file as property gaves me some troubles, so I use this way.
the 'cz' looks ok so far, after converting.

note:
the log + ini file are not saved in unicode. (-> test it)
the language file must not be a special format like this above. if it is a normal ascii/ansi type, the local character conversion is used (maybe suitable for your local installation, but not with an other..)

yes.
either the resulting lang. file will then be down-converted to ANSI (requires the matching country set of the OS) ~65kB, or re-converted to unicode string values (assignment is done by JavaRE) ~220kB

hmm, this totally depends on the audience.
So if there's no one who needs a special translation, why should someone translate the stuff then..

If you wish I can update your v1.1 English file to correctly mirror the v1.2 German file and correct the mistakes.

I've removed the old -outdated- language files from '/optional'

the latest you'll find in the latest release zip archive. (same as CVS ATM)
