I switched from PVAStrumento to ProjectX + Mpeg2schnitt after reading Doom9's news.

I found this program very secure and practical.

But now I would like to suggest an improvement :
Could it be possible to check beforehand that the target directory is NTFS formated and has enough room?

Because when you try to write more than 4GB on a FAT32 partition, a message box appears after 4GB written, and you can only Ctrl-Alt-Del to kill it!!!

I'm sorry about this failure, but as far as I know, there is no chance to check the type of the partition (FAT/NTFS) in Delphi. The free disc size is already checked before saving, and if there is not enough room for your video, M2S will tell you about this and deny saving to this partition.

If you edit videofiles, you should only use partitions formatet with NTFS, because of this restriction to 4 GB max. filesize.

Perhaps Martin can handle this exception, that you don't have to use CTRL-ALT-DEL. I will tell him about this.
