Audio problem

I recently demuxed a PVA produced by progdvb...
The problem is about the audio stream.
It seems blanks were inserted every seconds...
It's impossible to hear dialogs etc...
The log window indicates a lot of messages like :
"-> 2 frame(s) (48ms) inserted".

I think it comes from a delay between audio and video that makes ProjectX fail.
Is there something i can do to improve the demux and synchro ?
