For the first time I have used Project X to demux PVA format file. The resulting video and audio files were not of the same time length and the audio file sounds very bad when played by winamp or WMP.

Can you help me in identifying whar went wrong during demux. I have to say that when I used pvastrumento I got a successful demuxing of the same files.

of course..
but you have to attach here the normal logfile before (incl. X.ini for the settings)
plus tell us smth. about your used dvb hard/software and the channel.

Project X V0.81.4. Software used was ProgDVB and channel ORF2

as long as you won't provide these infos, nobody can follow your problems...

Sorry but I do not understand what a logfile and X.ini are. I'm very new in this. Can you give me an example of the above please

(1)in the same directory as you have started the .jar there will be a file "X.ini"
(2)in the same directory as the demuxed files there will be a file "..X_log"
enable this log option:
